Meet my KitKat

Hi Readers, I wanted to introduce you to my KitKat. He is the baby of the family and is so lovable. As I type this he is taking a cat nap on his favorite place in the house. This would be my lap. He is afraid of strangers so very few visitors have ever seen him in person. Although some times I sneak a visitor in to see him in his hiding spot, but he doesn't like it.

You never forget your first...

This is the card that started my craze. I was at a workshop and was astounded by the wonders of rubber, ink and card stock. As always, you can not forget to stamp your envelope.

Hi All, Just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who sent well wishes today. My mom did great and is currently eating a "nice" hospital meal. Things are a bit hectic so I don't have a lot of time to write. Check in tomorrow :O)

Say a prayer..

Hi All, if you could say a prayer for my mom tomorrow. She is having knee replacement surgery. Things should go fine, but it is nice to have a couple extra voices out there. I will post tomorrow to let you know how she makes out.

Finally Opened the Boxes!!

YEAH!! Last night I finally opened the boxes. It was like Christmas, because other than the Big Shot I had totally forgotten what I had bought!


Anyway, here is a picture of the project I am working on. This is the beginning of a recipe book for my up coming Recipe for Fun class. We will be finishing it with jumbo eyelets and either rings or ribbon. I haven't decided yet.
